Billy Nichols

Billy was born and raised in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. He has spent a significant part of his life on Garden City Beach and in the creeks of Murrells Inlet. Whether fishing, water skiing, wakeboarding or just hanging out on "The Point" with friends, Billy knows Garden City and Murrells Inlet.
After graduating from Socastee High School, Billy went on to earn a degree in Finance from Wofford College. Growing up along the South Carolina coast with a father in the business, Billy has always been interested in real estate and coastal development. After Wofford, Billy continued his education in Clemson University's Master of Real Estate Development program. This two year graduate degree consists of classes in MBA, Finance, Law, Construction Management, Architecture, City and Regional Planning, and Real Estate Development.
From Clemson, Billy moved to Charleston where he spent two years in commercial retail leasing. While Charleston holds a special place in his heart, when his father asked him to come home and join the family business, he didn't hesitate. Billy and his new wife, Kelsey Robinson of Spartanburg, SC moved to Murrells Inlet so he could join the Dunes sales team and vacation rental staff. He is anxious to begin his real estate career as he serves the community in which he grew up.
