The Beach

Everybody loves the beach. The difference between you and them is that you decided not to leave. Congratulations! That makes you one of us. Many of the homes and condos we sell have the Atlantic Ocean as a backyard. And even the most remote areas of the Grand Strand are only a short drive from our beautiful south end beaches.

Shopping & Dining

Of all the shopping and dining options visitors have when vacationing along the Grand Strand, you have the same and more. It’s amazing how many unique shops and restaurants you can fit into a town our size. From modern shopping malls to a corner seafood restaurant where the owner knows you by name, it won’t be long before you develop a list of your favorites.

Sports & Entertainment

There’s plenty to keep you busy along the Grand Strand, but you probably know that already. An afternoon or evening at the ballpark has been one of the more recent additions, and fishing of all kinds has always been on the card. The Grand Strand is second to none when it comes to after-hours options. Chances are we have a club with your name on it, and our many exciting live shows always pack the house with some of the most talented names in the business.

Did we mention Golf?

Yes, we do play a little golf here. Grand Strand golf has a fabled history that stretches back to the 1920s and includes the founders of Sports Illustrated developing the concept of their magazine over a friendly game at Pine Lakes Country Club. Since then, the number of courses has grown to nearly 100 and many offer discounts to locals no matter how extreme their handicap.
