With more than 24 years of real estate experience on the South Strand, Gairy has been involved in many of the developments that have shaped the area into what it is today. A 1975 graduate of Wofford College (BS Economics), he has since earned the designations of CRB (Certified Residential Broker), GRI (Graduate - Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) from the SC Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Active in the community, he sits on the Board of Directors of both The Garden City Beach Community Association and The South Financial Group, and holds the title of Trustee of the Garden City Chapel. He has made his home in Murrells Inlet with his wife Marcia since 1980, and it is shared with their three children: Jeni, Billy and Katie. When not in the office or at home, you can almost certainly find golfing, fishing or in a duck blind.
