Our area experiences around 215 days of sunshine annually. The average temperature during the summer months is 89 degrees. Spring and fall are mild and quite enjoyable with temps in the low to mid 70's. Winters typically are dry with highs in the upper 50's and low 60's.

Based on the last reported statistics released by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, approximately 15 million people visit the Grand Strand each year with more than half representing family vacationers. Traveling north on Highway 17 Business from Pawleys Island/Litchfield:

Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue in Garden City (at Dunkin Donuts). Continue heading east over the marsh, and you'll see the Dunes Realty office on your left. We're exactly one block from the ocean.

From Surfside Beach Pier, along  Ocean Boulevard:
 Continue south, with the ocean on your left, all the way to the next traffic light at Atlantic Avenue. Turn right onto Atlantic Avenue.  Our office is at the end of the block on your right.
